1/2 pint pf tek pc'd for like 1 hour at 10psi tops on loose and innoced 5 days ago and NO growth?? Burntup substrate? Anyone got a pic of a .5 pint at 5 days???

Patience. Growth may take up to a week or more. Depends on ur conditions.

BTW, If you inoculated right after you steamed em, you probably killed all the spores. Ideal to inoculate 24 hours afer.

No they did sit and cool down to room temps more than 24 hours. Strain is EQ and temps are around mid 70's

If you are incubating those jars you need to raise the temps to 82 to 84.

They will take forever in the 70's.

Well i put some blankets around them will that heat em up some to mid 80s? whats best heat source without using a heater???
