No one cares about the most analytical or most logical poster. They care about the guy who calls out the most bullshit, or the most aggressive critic. Veritas probably fits both criteria, but she doesn't exactly get her point across diplomatically.

how does calling out someone or being an agressive critic equal smart exactly?? the smarter poster wont get caught up in flame wars or just jump on someone just because they disagree with what was posted. youre not very smart, are you?!?!

While they may have "gathered knowledge" over the course of the years, youve gotta admit it takes some clever ingenuity and intelligence to come up with new strains, substrates and cultivation techniques. I dont think just any joe on the street could grow mushrooms out of an old  baseball cap.

Oh, it doesn't exactly. I just meant that a lot of people will be hesitant to vote for someone who so consistently, and often bluntly, stomps their ideas into the ground.
On the flip side of the coin, those who inject criticism subtly and encourage people to revise their ideas on their own merit often continue unacknowledged.
