I have a shitload of apple mint

I'd say theres about 20sq ft of 4ft high apple mint in my garden, they just started to flower too, is there anything cool I can do with a lot of mint?

hmmm there must be a 1000 uses for mint, mostly as flavourings though i guess...
i bet you could flavour anything with it, minty vodka sounds good to me...

the only things i use it for personally are for tea, boiling with potatoes, in salads, and in some boozy drinks :awesome:

i don't think i have ever had boiled potatoes without mint... well, during the seasons where the mint is growing anyway...
only a couple of sprigs in the water though, not loads...
like mankey said, it tastes minty lol

if you take a handful of mint, throw it in a pot of boiling water and make tea out of it, then take it off the heat and add powdered mushrooms and sugar, then strain, you can make some really tasty shroom tea that also helps with any possible nausea.  I've found mint tea (or maybe the mushrooms in it?) work as a good laxative too :wink:

You could make alcoholic beverage from it! Peppermint is better for that though.

I agree, I've gotten some nice results from a cup of mint tea before bed. 

*my spearmint makes some amazing tea with some sugar and a little lemon.

Omg I smoked some dried mint flowers with some really dank weed, it's really something else!! Really nice and smooth too, wow I did not expect that.
