mint oil...

does mint oil (peppermint and spearmint) contain any relaxing properties? i read somewhere( probably erowid) they have...

so i was thinking, if you smoke the leaves, would you have a mild relaxing feeling?

i have a small cutting, so when it grows I'll give it a try anyways...

It's not smoking or eating rather the smell itself that is relaxing,like cookies or bread baking make you feel that certain homey feel.Just rub a leaf in your hand and take a deep wiff you will see it is very pleasant.

yeah..i do that all the time...i just gently rub one of the leaves..and smell my fingers...

Yeah the smell oh the smell you would love it I planted some about 5 years ago outside my gramas it has spread everywhere in her yard now when I go over to cut her grass it's like a little spearmint heaven coming out of the mower sometimes even completly overpowering the cut grass smell.
