sock grows

i remember seeing some sock grows in the past(maybe it was at mycotopia because i cant find it) and i want to do some cube sock grows real soon, so i am going to practice with some oyster. I have a bunch of pint jars that i knocked up that are now fully colonized. i am basically going to just pour my jars into the sock with my pasteurized substrate, shake it all up and wait. but my question is how should i leave the sock while it colonizes? can a wrap it up in glad wrap and poke holes in it wih micopore tape? should i put the whole sock into two mycobags connected? and input to how i shoud store the sock would be nice guys, thanks.

I would just wrap them in foil and hang them off a coat hanger or just lay them on a shelf

so no need for perlite or a fruiting chamber right? i was thinking if anything perlite in the bottom of a garbage bag hanging in the closet.will it need alot more FAE then that ?
