As far as i can tell the mods here do a really good job, a lot better than some other forums i've been a part of.

You do not "elect" mods. The Admin listen to advice, but they still act on what they see is right, not you.

You guys are fine.  Nomad should probably be demodded because he represents the absolute worst things about "hippie types" and should not be officially associated with the Shroomery.

Read his thread in the Veteran forum about how he handled a situation with a cop and you'll see what I mean.  I sure as hell wouldn't want him handing out business cards for my drug oriented website. 

That's just my 2 cents.
