need some honeymoon ideas

im going on my 7 year anniversary this sept. and we've finially got the finances to take a honeymoon.  we would of sooner but my wife got shipped to iraq right after we got married pretty much and then the whole school thing when she got back.  but yea now that's all over.  so i need some ideas, some good genuine ones not las vegas or mexico or something cliche like that.  i was thinking new zealand or a badass backpacking trip through europe. even an alaskan cruise.

Well, seeing as you've been married for seven years, you're probably not gonna have the kind of honeymoon where you want to stay in the hotel room for a week. That said, I'd say do something adventurous. Backpacking through Europe definitely sounds like a good one to me.

Lean towards something like the back packing through Europe if that's your thing. Do something you won't be able to easily do with kids once you start having them, if you plan too.

Now is your chance and time for trips like that.

Ok damn, that's quite a bit to work with for that length of a trip.  Would you prefer to stay in more developed countries like those is western europe or would you like to go places that are more exotic/cheaper and less developed?

Just so you know, if you go to less developed countries you two could live like KINGS with that kind of budget.
