is mycelium stronger when transferd?

on my first grow and my first colonizes jars the myc were puffy, but when i used a jar to innoc other jars the same size im noticted all the new jars had strong ropey rizo growth, does myc get stronger the more its transferd? and if a jar colonizes faster than another does that mean it will fruit better? thanks.

Your second set of jars might have just been slightly better prepared than the first set. Also, jar to jar transfers would usually colonize faster than spore to jar since it doesn't go through the process of germination. (assuming the environment is the same)

Faster colonizing jars do not mean better fruiting mycelium. Fruiting quantity and quality depend on the quality mycelium when combined with the substrate and environment.
