Hey all!
I am pretty new to this shroomin business (only done it twice, both times got from a dealer) and I live in Wisconsin. I hear alot of rumors about how to find shrooms and what not, but I do not really know what to believe anymore. How exactly do I go about looking? Should I just go into random farm A. and check around in some cow crap? Hope someone can help a brother out.

Find out what species are known to occur in your area (there are lots of places you can find that out - this site is one). Next, find out what kind of habitat those mushrooms grow in. Get an idea what the mushrooms you are looking for look like so if you see something like that you can pick them. Then go look in areas with that habitat.
