Vista Startup.... QuickBooks?

So I went through my msconfig startup programs to get rid of quicktime, yet again.

I noticed that there is an application from Intuit's QuickBooks which is in the list. I didnt know I had anything from QuickBooks....

Does it possibly monitor why the system crashes when it does? This I would need to keep...

So:
Is this something that comes with Vista?
Is it needed?
Or is it prog that comes with Vista but isnt needed?
Or did I somehow install something from QuickBooks without noticing and should thus try and find it and uninstall it...?

Ultimately, Can I take it out of the startup list?

There's a better forum for this. But I'll answer your question: not a single thing in msconfig is needed. If you don't know what it is, remove it. You can always put it back if you want.
