Montana: The fishing, the hunting (of almost any sort), the gun rights, the casinos, no sales tax, easy to find a job, people aren't shallow for the most part, cool weather...

Illinois (specifically Chicago)
we have Lake Michigan, some of the greatest museums in the nation, the second largest zoo in the nation a couple towns over in Brookfield, the food is amazing, the summer is filled with neighborhood festivals every week, Ive never left the contiguous 48 states, but I think it might be the greatest city in the world.
