Circles have 360 degrees

360degrees/60 minutes= 6degree/minute
60 seconds=6 degrees
10seconds=1 degree.

cuz i remeber as kid i didnt understood wut a quarter after meant
then i realized its all bout proportions
everything in life is partitioned in ur brain to better understand
like phone numbers or any are always in 4 letter blocks

1/6th of a second was right. It would obviously be less than  1 second because you're dividing the minute(or circle) into 360 parts instead of 60.

1/6th of a second is not right. You are dividing 60 minutes into 360 degrees. 1 degree= 1/6th of a minute = 10 seconds.
