regular flourescent white (not dull yellow) is fine, or a grow light type flourescent.
why use blue, not a wide spectrum?
bubbler> depends on your setup, but if you can keep humidity/temp stable, and have your exit near the bottom/on the bottom of the terrarium, then yes.

thanks dinomyc-i decided to switch from a blue incadesent to a cool tone blue floresent,and i do have air vents at the bottom right above the perlite level on the opposite side of the bubbler input hose........life is good
