Future Fantasies?

If you could pick anything, what would yr future average day look like?

I'm the president of the American Philosophical Association with a teaching position at some university in California--the chairman of the philosophy department. When I get off work I stop by the local produce shops every night where I pick up the necessary ingredients for a delicious homecooked vegetarian dinner that my wife and I cook together. After dinner I run away to my study where I work on some book or research or article for a journal until about 10 o'clock in the evening. Afterwards, I join my wife outside on the porch, sitting and enjoying simple conversation. We'd sit there and sip decaf coffee and smoke cigarettes (unless I decide to quit somewhere between now and then). After 10:30 rolls around, we retire to our bedroom and enjoy lovemaking.

I hope my days end up like this.

I thought this thread was gonna be about futurism.  You know, I honestly don't know.  I wish I did.

My perfect future fantasy day...

I wake up next to my beautiful loving wife and watch the sunrise. We grow all our own organic food except for organic meat grass-fed meat which we buy locally.
I pick our food fresh for the day, eating large amounts of fruit throughout the day.
I tend to the plants and write/play music throughout the day,
then at night I play music at some venue somewhere.

Realistic

I push the soft covers of my bed to see my wifes face. I get up and open up the refridgerator and cook us breakfast. I check on the mushrooms I am growing in the closet, and they are starting to pin! My heart jumps with excitement. I go to work where I spend my time trying to engineer bacteria that will one day hopefully be able to break down plastic and turn it into something natural. I play with my children out in the garden, and teach them things that are actually important. I would never lie to them. I go out into the fields of my farm when I get home, and harvest our crops that we grow for my family, have dinner, take mushrooms (the children can join when they are old enough for the mushroom part), sit on the roof and watch the stars out in the country and talk about the future even further along the road. My heart would be consumed by my wife as it is with my current lady friend :3. As we both get tired, we make love and fall asleep in each other's arms.

Unrealistic

I galavant out of my space ship into the outer reaches of Nebulon 5. Space pirates as my crew, we commandeer the police ship and take all of the space-money. We return to our space-pirate planet and have Nablorkian woman to satisfy out every whim. They have HUGE boobs. I have a floating machine that can transform into anything I want it to, tangible or not (thanks to Mac's new iAnythings). As I get sleepy, I don't get sleepy because I have genetically altered blood that fixes that. With my newfound non-sleepiness, I have found all the time I need to become a guitar god, and a womanizer. I have learned how to synthesize psilocybin inside of my own bloodstream as well. Food has been rendered obsolete due to microchips implanted on your tongue that makes you taste delicious good 24/7, and nutrition microchips implanted in the stomach that constantly gives your body exactly what it needs by synthesizing things.
