Amount of Spawn per 10 lbs

I would like some recomendations on the amount of BRF to use to spawn per 10 lbs of compost. Will shittakes grow like this? I am first going to try out portabellas. Thanks everyone!

A proper spawn ratio is about 10 to 1. A little heavier is often better.
