how does one make kratom resin for smoking? ive searched it up and i couldnt find a definitive tek :macdre:

I imagine put in a pipe and smoke away. i havent smoked kratom yet, personally i would just eat it. oops.. sorry i didnt read your question carefully. i would do a ethanol extraction.

boil the leaves in water
strain
boil the sheezy til its down to a resin
then scrap it up
ive dont it and smoked an ounce in 1 day
it was fun but the tea is much strong

talking about making the resin, not methods of smoking


thanks coaster, just to be thorough are there any alternate methods, like an ipa extraction that will work

i wouldnt use ipa id use ethanol as stated above. everclear preferably. soak and evap simple as that. a cold soak in the freezer would be best to not get as much chlorophyll.

would it be possible to get a freebase via an a/b extraction? or is this a special case like with lysergamides?

yes you can a/b kratom. 151 rum might work but im not sure how that would taste. MJB does a/b extractions with kratom.
