Plus my metabolism is just super high, so I need a lot of calories to keep my going. Meat is the only thing that ever fills me up.

I can eat till my stomach is completely packed with vegies and still be hungry. Then again, I can eat 3 eggs and be full for hours.

have you ever tried raw Pecans, Almonds, Macs, and other raw nuts?

They give me that satisfied meal feeling, and they are a great alternative to meat

Hey, glad to see another rawbie here! 

I have a funny story about meat and tripping, as I used to be a huge meat lover.  At the 06 Ohio gathering, I had been tripping on acid for hours, and by the time I was starting to come down, someone had cooked some steak on the grill.  I devoured it with my bare hands and it was the MOST DELICIOUS DIVINE scrumptuous AMAZING thing that I'd ever eaten.  I seriously was in a state of total bliss and awe with how wonderful that steak tasted while I was tripping.  I felt like a total carnivore and it was ecstasy. 

But there was a side effect; no steak or meat I ever ate since could EVER compare to that steak I had on acid at the gathering.  Everytime I ate meat thereafter, it felt cheap and imitated, like it was just a shallow copy of what I had enjoyed during that trip.  From then on, meat actually started grossing me out.  And so began my descent into vegetarianism, veganism, and finally, raw veganism. 

Nowadays, I don't do nuts or seeds either.  Just too heavy and hard to digest.  I like feeling light and I can get very full on salads and fruit. 

But I thought I'd share my meat story, because it was the best and last time I truly enjoyed it, and it was at a shroomery gathering.  :grin:

Well, my trip ended up a with a little less oomph than I'd hoped for.  I definitely had a weird little headspace for a couple of hours, but when I wrote that post about enjoying meat I'd say I was on the peak.  I don't usually eat when I'm peaking :lol:

On the plus side, though, it's a nice sunny day out finally!  I'm going to eat some breakfast and go for a bike ride along the river!

i've always been a bitch when it comes to drugs

i guess im more susceptible to the effects, for whatever body chemistry reason

cuz i'm out in space on 8 seeds :dancingshroom:

anyway, the day after is always nice.. nothin intense, just nice

Ya, the day-after aches are NOTHING compared to the last time, and I think half of it is just because I slept on my shitty futon.
