Drugs and Headspace

Now, I'm pretty sure that whenever I ingest some psychedelic drug that I go to a different plane of being.. its hard to describe, but I'm sure you all know what I mean.

Recently I went on a bit of a psychedelic frenzy, where we ate, smoked and sniffed pretty much every letter you can think of :grin:.. I'm still processing all the stuff I learnt from those experiences a month and a half later (and I will be for quite a while yet).

Anyways; recently I've realised that every mind manifesting drug I did, whether it was a tryptamine, phenethylamine, benzodifuran or what other classification you care to give them, put me in the same place. Of course there are lots of differences.. An analogy I thought of was if wanted to get from point A to point B.. you can go the rural route, the motorway, you could walk, you could fly etc.. Each route differs greatly, but the end result is the same (but not exactly, because you entered from a different angle).

Right now, if I smoke a bowl and close my eyes.. I will end up at point B pretty damn quickly :grin:. Its exactly the same headspace.. the only difference its not as colourful.. The other night I smoked a couple of bowls, shut my eyes and put my headphones on and felt my body dissolve... Once again I was in this plane of just being.

I don't know how I expect people to respond to this topic.. I guess sharing your personal experiences would be the best way :shrug:.

I'm looking forward to my session later... I'm thinking of smoked a couple of bowls of nice weed and topping the last one with a small amount of dmt (not so that I breakthrough or anything, just to speed up the transition to the other plane.. thus far, dmt is the fastet route to this other place) and putting Nothing lasts (Shpongle) on and floating for a couple of hours :smile:.

By arriving at the same place place I think I can relate. I always seem to end up in the same introspective state after psychedelic use and I agree it's always the same thoughts I encounter. They'll last for a good couple days as well. Sometimes it's a good feeling and sometimes not so good depending on my life circumstances at the time. BTW, I dig the analogy :thumbup:
