spider web in PF style jars?

wondering what the spider web is really about,. can it occur in PF jars? is it a noxious happening, completely or not-completely?

also, is there a downside to keeping colonized jars jarred for too long? I.E. if time goes over a month for them to be colonized (completely white), and a week is waited b4 FCing.....

Stop experimenting half way through your first grow. Grow it to maturity, watch it, learn from it. Do this a few times then experiment with different ideas and figure out what works best for you.

It is actually perferred to let the jars colonize for a couple of days to a week after 100% colonization so that the mycelium becomes more established.
