marijuana debate at my school

my school is hosting an event called "heads vs feds," and it should be quite interesting.

the editor from High Times is coming and debating against a long time DEA agent about legalizing marijuana. I'm curious to what the DEA agent has to say, because I am definitely for legalizing it

not legalizing it.

i think that is what they should go for.

From what I've heard it's a bullshit staged show that they've been putting on for various schools for the past 6 years. Everyone thinks its the greatest thing ever, but it's all just a scripted show and the High Times guy always runs circles around the DEA agent.

Our school had an issue on the ballot today to make marijuana crimes equal to alcohol crimes. This is only for campus police not if you get busted by a city popo.

I think it should be legal. As long as tobacco is legal.

i think most drugs should be decriminalized, mushrooms and pot should be LEGALIZED.

I think all drugs should be regulated in a manner similar to alcohol and purchasing ages should be set based on each drugs potential for harm.

i can agree with that, but i think there are some drugs that should just be outright illegal and require rehab and maybe some other measures, but not prison and excessive fines.

meth, crack and jenkem should still stay illegal. especially jenkem..... its destroying our youth..... :smirk:

but seriously, meth and crack dont belong on the streets.

Drugs don't force themselves into the drug users. People are the problem. If someone wants to ingest a dangerous drug shouldn't they have the right to? I believe that you should be able to anything that you want so long as you harm nobody else in the process.
