>>Inside the container are two smaller containers (kitty litter pans) which are resting on bricks partially submerged in an ocean of water heated to optimum temperatures by a submersible fish tank heater.<<
I think you're trying to mix an incubator and a fruiting chamber here. You don't want an ocean of standing water in your fruiting chamber - wet (or dry) perlite, maybe, but not water. You also probably won't need to heat your fruiting chamber.
If you're using straw, skip the cat pans too and spawn and case directly into the bottom of the container. Like Shroomgod's straw tek, 'cept smaller.
You might need to run that ultrasonic humidifier hose through a couple of 'condensing chambers' (2-liter pop bottles) before attaching to the terrarium. You don't want to actually MIST 'em, just add humid air.

I agree. It's much too complicated. Just fill the bottom of the terrerium with straw, and case it. You really won't even need the ultrasonic. The casing will supply the humidity you need. Room temps are fine, no need for the water heater.
If you do hook anything up to it (most people feel like they need to until they learn they really don't...) then hook up a coolmist humidifier ala shroomgod's humidifier tek. Just follow both shroomgod teks and you'll be a lot better off than with some sloshy hot water and an ultrasonic which is never on...

PM me with any cultivation questions.
I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. Anybody remember my website from several years aga? PM if so please.

Just a couple things, not the best idea to have standing water, I'd suggest perlite, I've used cardboard a couple times fine, also no need to add 5 bottels of peroxide thats a bit over kill. Also just a note, peroxide will get broken down very quickly with a ultra sonic humidifier its not very stable
