wheat berry PF Tekk??

my friend had an idea on how to make PF tekk jars without BRF...
he was wondering if he grinded up some wheat berries into a powder and suplemented the BRF with wheat berry *flour*.. same tekk for the verm and water ratio...woud this work? he has tons of wheat berries laying around that he uses for his casings...so he figured that if its nutriant content was great enough to colonize whole grains...wouldent it not be the same if it were a poweder in a PF tekk? anyone's advise would be great..thanks

That would work fine. I've seen rye flour used and it worked just as well as the brown rice flour.

Yup, you could use millet, wheat, rye or anything else that they like to grow on and they should be fine.

You can add ground milo(sorgum,maize)to the list
