Former U.S. Attorney and current Democratic governor of New York has informed his most senior administration officials that he had been involved in a prostitution ring, an administration official said this morning.

If Spitzer had not prosecuted others for prostitution or maybe attempted to legalize prostitution (yeah right), then I would not have a problem with this story. If he wants to fuck some high-class $6k hooker, that's his own business and good for him for being a perv. But too bad he's a hypocrite. If hookers are good enough for the Governor, they are good enough for the rest of us.

He's been in office for slightly more than 1 year and has beclowned himself in less time and in more ways than any politician I have seen in my life. And I've been watching. Between the Joe Bruno scandal, the driver's licenses for illegals and now this, he is just one of the most ridiculous political turds of all time. Steamroller my ass.

As far as Paterson being more liberal, I don't know what anyone could mean by that, Spitzer was a total liberal asshole himself. He also will have zero testicles. Next in line after Paterson? Joe Bruno. What sweet irony that would be.

I think both situations are equally appalling due to hypocrisy considering Spitzer's anti-escort work and Craig's anti-gay work. But both "crimes" are not a big deal in my eyes. I fully support honest sexual freakiness. More sloppy blowjobs and anal sex, the better we are as a nation. But at least Spitzer is owning up his activity and probably resigning, unlike Craig who continues to be cock-sucking, ball-licking, ass-rimming, self-hating closet-case who wants to legislate Jesus to prove he's no fag.

New York Republicans Demand Eliot Spitzer's Resignation With Threat of Impeachment

NEW YORK — New York Republicans will seek to impeach Democratic Gov. Eliot Spitzer if he does not resign within 48 hours, New York Assembly Republican leader James Tedisco told FOX News exclusively.

"We believe it is an illegal activity he has been involved with," Tedisco said speaking on FOX's "Hannity & Colmes."

"We're going to give him 24 to 48 hours to do the right thing, and the right thing is to resign because he has been compromised. If that's not the case ... we're going to ask the speaker to start impeachment proceedings," Tedisco said Monday night.
