piracetam question

I recently started taking piracetam at 6400mg a day then switched to 2400mg a day. I started to get headaches today and realized I need a choline supplement. I have a bottle of lecithin (1200mg lecithin, 180 mg phosphatidylcholine) and was wondering how much I should be taking to get a good dose of choline.
