higher humidity

Sup guys, i am using perlite in a 10 gallon aquarium, and I just cant seem to get the humidity much over 90%. Is that ok? or what can i do to get it higher? My cakes and casings seem to be pinning...but i dont think its as good as it should be. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Casings can be misted with a hand mister as long as it is a very fine mist.
