I normally snarl and growl when I have sex, if I'm into it enough and forget I'm a human.

I also snarl when I'm woken unpleasantly.

I'm not much of a snarler, I'm more the roaring type. Not at people though, almost solely at Microsoft stuff.

The last time I roared was only yesterday. I had tweaked something for 45 minutes and all of a sudden Windows XP nuked it, so all was in vain and I had to do it all over again. I like escalating roars, a bit like in bad anime :smile:

WaaaaaAAAAAAARRRGHHH!!  basically.

In my early computing years I was prone to that kind of stuff, but now I'm quite cool and just accept whatever will happen. Years ago I once roared so ferociously I got a headrush and almost passed out. Part frustration, but part pure fun to act out like that - I can keep it under wraps but sometimes it feels great to just let it out :smile2:

I don't have the body type (I'm huge in size, build, strength and fat) to aggressively snarl, its a smaller people thing I guess, unless they are trained fighters or lightning fast which I can't see, normal-sized people wouldn't be a fair match so that gives confidence. I guess you snarl at people that don't look like you could fold them in half right  away. Would you snarl at a kid? I'm 6'4" and twice the body mass of the average person and its not nearly all fat.

The closest thing that comes to snarling is a rumbling growling and I only do that at big dogs when they need to respect my space. It works too :grin:
Key thing is to think "bite if you want but I WILL fuck you up!" when you do it, or the dog sees right through your bluff. Dogs are amazing at reading bodylanguage, its like they can read minds. Short of being attacked I'd never hurt one though, I'm a very gentle guy and I love dogs.

I do it often. When displeased with something, when dejected, etcetera..

I snarl on a fairly regular basis being in the service industry. People can make the most primal of sounds come out of me. Mostly by being high maintenance assholes that tip bad. that'll do it everytime.

copped a growl at work when they wouldnt let me work with my friend on the assembly line, i kinda laugh thinkin bout it cuz it was truly out of nowhere, def beastly, im bearing my teeth with a mean smile, hehehuh'n and eyes lite up in a kind of
