I would dunk before first flush. I only dunked one out of 6 cakes. and that cake produced a good 10 grams dry on first flush only. The others I only got about 2 grams. A very noticeable difference. Dont confuse your mushies, FEED them light.

No, they werent invitro . Im not sure about printing them. Wouldnt the caps be all messed up anyhoo?
