Invitro Question (CO2) ??

I am wondering how you prevent CO2 build up when using an invitro tek? Ive seen large fruits in pictures. I must be missing something...

Number one I think it depends on what invitro TEK you use.From what I have read if your going by Hippie's/basic invitro TEK then turning the jars upside down I think is what helps release CO2 I believe because the CO2 is heavier than air.(Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong as I am a newbe and dont know much) And if you going to use the "Chronic" TEK then it is all about the 1/8 inch holes and the amount of space left in the 2 quart jars. And again that the jars are upside down with the holes on the bottom. But as I have stated many time I am a total noob to all of this so take it for what its worth.
