Invitro Question from a noob

What is the best strain/strains of cube to grow invitro im looking for a fast colinizer and fast fruiter if possible heh.... TIA probably been asked before so dont flame me just redirect me cause i searched and cant find anything on it heh...

PF and South American are the best. I heard Equadors don't really work that well.
