North American Ginseng

#7982127 - 02/05/08 10:44 AM (18 years, 7 months ago)

Has anyone used good american ginseng for over 5 months? I am talking about the non-processed stuff, straight from the root.

Just realized it is grown in this town and is of amazing quality, but do not really know the benefits of long-term use.

Some people feel that the efficacy of ginseng is better maintained if you take a brief break from them from time to time. you will have to experiment to see what works best for you.
