I have and have used royal jelly. You probably won't notice any immediate effects, but over time, it has been shown to increase ATP production, which increases your energy, and presumably results in a healthier body and mind.

Royal jelly, which is secreted from the salivary glands of worker bees, serves as food for all young larvae and as the only food for larvae that will develop into queen bees, has been claimed to improve athletic and sexual performance, slow the aging process, promote both weight loss, and ironically, weight gain, prevent infection, allergy, and cancer, and alleviate dozens of other health problems from ingrown toenails to ingrown hairs.

No scientific study done so far supports any claim that royal jelly is effective against any human disease. No scientific study done so far supports any claim that royal jelly is effective at improving sexual or athletic performance either.

The few studies that have been done to test its effect on athletic performance have shown no benefit.

And if there's a scientific study showing that royal jelly increases ATP production, I've never seen it. Maybe someone can post a link?

The only reason most people think there is some benefit to this stuff, other than maybe it tastes yummy, is marketing.

4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.
