As if that last mushroom wasn't big enough for you than how about this one from Africa. This is sure a strange forum. I tried to re-edit and the forum tells me my reediting time has expeired. This is a real hasle having to post something over and over. Three times I have posted responses and because I cannot see all the page I fail to see the stupid continue sign which appears twice before an image is posted. This image is for the BIG FIG here since he has a problem with little shrooms and in intereted in big shrooms. His failure to recognize the Psilocybe above onnly proves he is a troll or a wannabee troll. So here is an even bigger mushroom. [I have even info on fungus that are miles in diameter. How about that one or bigfig, mjshroomer And have a shroomy day

OK, then, I'm going to write MY book about mushroom relatedness, like, how close is Stunzii to Semilanceata.

Psilocybe stuntzii is very far away from Psilocybe semilanceata Small Putrid. In fact they both belog to two different stirps. P. semilanceata belongs to the stirps semilanceatae which includes the following species: P. caerulipes, P. callosa, P. cabonaria, P. cyanofibrillosa, P. fimetaria, P. liniformans var. liniformans, P. liniformans var. americanan P. pelliculosa and P. semilanceata. Psilocybe stuntzii belongs to the stirps Stuntzae which includes the following species: P. caeruleoannulata, P. stuntzii, P. sierrae, P. subaeruginascens var. aeruginascens, P. subaeruginascens var. septentrionalis and P. stuntzii. And those are the two sections for the two mushrooms you mentioned in your post. But they are not close to each other. So what do you mean then? mjshroomer
