just go to court say your falsely written up, say you seen no signs that said "no skateboarding" and you also seen no skateboarding "SPEED LIMIT" signs either.

if it was a bike would they have written you up?

i would take pictures, talk to a lawyer, and sue as suggested

This is my plah here... I have had many skateboards confinscated over the years since i have been street skating in downtown seattle for a long time now... I just never have had a longboard taken for riding own the street

i was at my local court two weeks ago and a bunch of youngens were skateboarding all around a sign that said 'no skating'with a pigshop full of pigs next door doing nothing but sniggering and laughing at me

i just thought that was fucking cool (the kids thumbing their noses at the law not the pigs)

Apparently people think they are the victim of this though as they complained that people were riding down the hill too fast.

I've heard of noise complaints but what asshole complains about someone skateboarding too fast?

Its crazy how you can get thrown in a concrete box with iron bars for getting high. It blows my fucking mind. The reality some people choose to live in is really fucking sad.

One time I was skating at a collage after being warned by professors like 2 times already. I just figured if their lil bitch security poped up if just skate away.fast. But come to find out they have a on campus police station. Them fuckers had mountian bikes and were fast as fuck. Dude got right beside me, jumped off the bike and tackeled me.
