Green mushroom smoothie

I'm dosing tonight. Just put some mushrooms in the blender with water, kale, ginger, mint, pineapple and banana which resulted in a sweet slightly shroomy tasting green beverage.

I'm sipping it now...teehee!

Sounds good and healthy... have a good time!

Would not be so good for me though, as I (i believe) am allergic to kale and it makes me extremely sick.

Wow, that's too bad.  I love kale and have lots of it everyday.  So I figured some mushrooms would go with my usual green smoothies.  This smoothie is taking me longer to drink then normal though...about halfway done and I'm already feeling pretty giddy.  :smile:

It's delicious tasting!  All I taste is sweetness and a very faint and barely detectable mushroom taste.  All the other ingrediants cover it up nicely.  So I'm sucking it down.  :crazy2:

Hey guys!  My trip went really well.  I love mushrooms!  They always give me what I need.  I released a lot of internal fear and saw my destiny unfold, and now I feel liberated in the aftermath and look forward to the future.  It was an amazing trip that I am very thankful for. 

I popped a dried eighth in the blender and away I went!  :smile:  I will do it differently next time though, because it took a LONG time to drink! I couldn't figure out how to use the straw at the end, hehe.  :grin: :mushroom2:  The come up was realllly smooth though.

hmm this seems like a pretty good idea to me :P i might make a smoothy for my first trip (which is delayed until winter is over)

the last time i did a mushroom smoothie was 6g dry in 2 cups of strawberry/banana smoothie.  it didn't end very pretty, er, it didn't begin very pretty.  it ended with me driving to florida at 7am on a sunday morning :smirk:
