I got my new blender

I paid $106 dollars for it, but it is SOOO worth it!  You should have seen the way it attacked and blended the fruit and ice together for my smoothie.  It was beautiful...MUCH better then the crappy piece of shit I had earlier.  This one has a 600 watt motor.  :cool:

I'm just sitting here chilling and sipping on a smoothie...one of the best I've ever had!!

Smoothies are my favorite, my blender is cheap junk though so I only make them once in awhile.

100% Cran and mixed berry juice
Lots of ice
Strawberries
Blueberries
Banana
A bit of suger

And that's about it!

I've been thinking about going on a liquid diet lately, and I might actually try and do it with this cool blender.

Anyway, cheers.  I myself am drinking a protein shake right now after a nice workout.

For all the people that cant drink milk:

1 Tall glass of ice cold water.  (sumthing pure like RO water pref.)
4-5 Ice cubes
1-2 bananas  (2 will make it thicker)
2-3 large scoops of your fav protein powder. (whey is good!)
A nice long squeeze of Nesquick chocolate syrup.

If you have fruit flavored powder, substitute the choco syrup with more fruit i guess.  Berries would probably do good.  Never tried it tho.
Vanilla protein can go either way tho!

Ya shoulda bought one of the new ones from Starbucks!!....I got one and it's heavy duty like a bar blender!! It shreads Ice like its frozen water!!

Yas Paw, you can't even taste them!

I mixed a cup of yogurt, a handful of strawberrys, a banana and some ice once with 3.5 grams and you could see the blue dying the drink and you could hardly taste anything  :tongue:

That is just a guess tho, I never measure anything.. pinch here, pinch there and hope it works out.

My (current) favourite smoothie is:

One mango
One pear
Milk
A little sugar (if you want)

well actually i guess thats technically a milkshake...
