Some people like milkshakes. I am more of a smoothie person myself. Every morning I take lots and lots of strawberries, wildberries and a banana and throw it in the blender along with yoghourt and milk. Its really nutritious and it makes for a shiny and happy morning. How do you prepere your smoothie/ milkshake?

Sounds really good. I usually don't keep much fresh fruit around other than apples or oranges, so I buy my smoothies..

I don't like bananas. I prefer any type of mellon, and an OJ base. I also like to throw in some Grape nuts for crunchiness. Those smoothies are perfect for a pre bike ride energy boost.

Strawberries are my FAVORITE trip food ever...
I get a craveing for them soo bad that I will ride for MILES out of my way to get some fresh strawberries. Usualy I just add them to my pre trip planning. Theyre best cold on a hot day while everything melts around you...

Im more of a smoothie guy, i leave the milk for cookies. I like buying those extremely cheap packages of frozen fruit at the grocery store. Peaches and strawberries go great together. I mix in about a 1/4 cup of sugar with the strawberries in a bowl, then I add them to blender, but in some peaches, and some mango jumex, and liquefy the hell out of it.

See, what I do is; Get up, Brush my teeth, Throw on a shirt, Get in my car, And drive to Jamba Juice where I then order a peanut butter shake with a shot of wheat grass. Maybe it is lazy of me, but considering the fact that I do not own a blender, it is really the only option for me at this juncture. Perhaps one day I will join the masses and buy a kitchen appliance, but until that day I will continue to support the Jamba Juice way of life.

SMoooooooothies
Delicious and nutritious!! I buy bags of frozen fruits and blend them up with OJ or whatever's handy. As long as it contains fruits and juices that I like then It's a good smoothie.
The key is to use frozen fruit so you don't have to add ice. Also, bananas are not allowed

Sounds good to me. I haven't had a home made smoothie in a while. I've made a few milk shakes here and there. Like 1/4 milk, a bunch of either vanilla or strawberry ice cream, with plenty of strawberries.

Nice, I have to make tons of different flavored milk shakes at my work. As well as 100s of kinds of ice creams combos. Too bad smoothies aren't on the menu.
