Weird ass looking Cambodians(pics)

Here is a tray of cambodians fruiting on Coco Coir....wtf is up with these things?? They are all way tiny and havent grown much over the past few days. There is a tray of EQ?s in the same chamber fruiting on coco/peat and those are all normal size. The person growing these has been having problems with temperature, 80-85F pretty steady. Another thing to note is that before pinning started, the trays got a little waterlogged due to a humidifier not turning off. My friend had to deep scratch to recover the trays. If you closely on the closeup pic the a few of the caps are pretty much all the way open w/ the veils torn...Here are the pics.

The cambo's casing looks dry to me.

Casing layer obviously too dry.... Not enough water: they don't grow and open to diffuse spores before dying.

They were left to dry out a bit after getting waterlogged. They are going to get misted with some spring water and hope that helps out a bit. Weird thing is the other container looks just as dry and isnt having the same problem.

The other container looks like it has more moisture. I would mist them both.
