after i crumble the cake into a trya of horse poo, how long should i leave it to grow b4 trying to friut? its all white and fuzzy with little white weblooking things

If you can't see the poo through the mycelium (the white fuzzy web-looking stuff) then it's 100% colonized (or close to it) and is ready to be cased or fruited directly.

Congratulations! You'll be seeing pinheads within 10 days! (if you do the fruiting environment properly)

would an aquarium with like saran wrap over the top with a few holes poked in work to fruit? im not using vermiculite. and the temp should be mid-70s right?

Yeah, that'll work, but not optimally 'cause you'll only have passive air exchange.

What would be better would be to cover the aquarium with plexiglass and put a glass of water inside with a fish tank pump (outside) and a bubble stone in the water.
