slow growing mush

My pins are taking a long to fruit. One is at least 5in but it still hasn't opened its cap. Now its starting to lean over. The rest are like 1in and are growing very slowly. Its been about 4 days since the pinning started. Is this normal?

Im using B+ on 50/50 casing , my humidity is around 100%, I fan 2-3 times a day.

My casing took 6 days to go from pin to first harvested mushrooms. Its been like 8 days and some mushrooms are still not ready for harvest.

Wait it out, the time will come!
