Sluggish Pins

These pins appeared three days ago and they haven't grown since, except for maybe one millimeter. It is as if they are suspended; no activity at all.
I read that pins are sometimes slow and that it can take four days before they begin to swell up.
My setup: PMP with air exchange every 2 hours via aquarium pump. B+ on popcorn. Two 15 watt fluorescent lights on 12/12 cycle.

My other cakes are the same way: sluggish pins with very slow growth--if at all. So far, I've only harvested about 3 grams dry in almost two weeks! Pathetic!
I'm wondering if they're stunted in any way since I believe I may have caramelized the popcorn during sterilization. But the corn came out yellow, and they only darkened lightly.
Thanks

Do you know what your humidity is?
Temps can make a difference too.
As long as they aren't turing black I wouldn't worry too much yet.

Temperature is an average 78 F. At night it drops a couple of degrees when the light turns off. I don't know the humidity, because my hygrometer bit the dust. I'm guessing it is around 80%. I know I need a hygrometer!

80% is not enough, they will be drying out faster than the myc can pump water to them.
Slow growing shrooms are the result of low humidity and/or dry substrate.
I suggest you get another good rh meter, make sure you are misting well between fanning.
