Limit/Disable a Router Port

Does anyone know if it is possible to either limit, or disable a port on a router? I looked through the router settings and can't really find anything noteworthy. The only thing I can think of is just forwarding port 80 to my computer, but I'm pretty sure he'd figure that one out pretty quickly :wink:

My roommate thinks it's an awesome idea to just rape our internet connection 24/7. Ultimately, I just want to limit it, but if I can't, stopping his connection completely for awhile would be quite funny. Maybe he'd start capping his upload/download.
