get some baby hawiian rose wood seeds from www.peruvian-journey.com and then go to www.erowid.com and find out how to eat them. Or go find someplace that sells DEX or something.

you can use morning glory seeds too, but make sure you wash all your seeds off well, they usually put detergent and soap on the shells to keep them from growing weird shit. this detergent will almost always kill your trip and make you sick. also when doing LSA, remember more is not better to a point. I did 300 morning glory seeds boiled in water. i drink the tea and ate the remains , ( i crushed them before i boiled them) and i triped somewhat and threw up for 2 days. so i'd say use 100-150 seeds to start.
