I lived in that area for several years. there probably haven't been any mushrooms in Clearwater for years. There are just to many people and no farms. If you head east on I-4 towards orlando about a 45 minute drive from Clearwater, you'll run into alot of cow farms . Also, if you head north on Rt 19 an hour or so you should see lots of cow fams.

look for cowfields, when you see them your most likely to find mushrooms.

the season is really kicking off you shouldnt have trouble finding cubes..
