Might be a stupid question but....

Sorry if I am being dumb here but I am a newbie. I have read posts for a long time now and I am finally making the step up to using cased substrates. Anyway my question, is rye grain the same as rye berries? Because where I live feed stores and health food stores keep tellin me they dont have rye grain, but the health food store says they have rye berries and some people on the boards talk about rye berries. Sorry to ask a dumb question but I searched and couldnt find a definite answer. Thanks for the help.

It's not a stupid question, but I searched and found the answer in several places...

You would think someone that works in a health food store would know that rye berries IS rye grain...That's what's stupid!!
