stupid question

ok i have a little stupid question
- i got to up today-fanned my cakes-
i noticed a few of them had these little *white* hairs reaching for the sky-
they have no head-
i only have a couple so far-
they around the hyphnal knots-
are these pins-my other didnt look like this-
i just wanna spot them as early as i can,so i know what pins look like in the premature stages

Not pins unless they got little reddish-brown caps. Sounds more like rhizomorphic growth.

good thing or a bad thing?-lol-my last cake just pinned-with redish brown heads-this are on the hyphanl knots-reaching to the sky-no head-this growth a good thing?-btw -it is day 6 in the fruiting chamber-maybe everything right on schedule-
