Question about harvesting...

Hi, I have a pretty good sized second flush going in a Myco bag. Some of them are way bigger than others though. Is it Ok to pick the huge ones and see if the others grow more..or should I pick the whole flush at once? The smaller ones don't seem to be aborts as the heads aren't black and I still think they may have some growth to them..but the monsters are nearly grown to the top of the bag already! So, any harm if I just pick some of the flush now? Thanks.

I was wondering this same question.. I have another one.

I picked one of my largest shrooms in the bag, but it left behind a tiny stump that has since turned blue that is very hard to yank off. Should I just get in there and dig it out or leave it?
