Fungi production stopped after 1st flush..

hello all,
my healthy looking EQ cakes have stopped producingthe fruit bodies after i harvested 1 or 2 flushes. The cakes look perfect to me. No signs of contams.
Humidity is ok, but the temperature is perhaps a little high, were i live we suffer a hot july, it's like +27-29 in the room.
Can this be a reason of a stunted production? I dunked them in a water for 12 hours (and one or two for 24 hours). One cake gave me four shrooms, but others still refuse to continue fruiting or, say, they became too lazy. They produce one or two shrooms in a 10 days period.
Any suggestions?

oh yeah,,., almost forgot - i see no pins forming on them.. Well, maybe 1-2 pins per cake..
There's an idea to dunk them in cold water.

Well you said they stopped producing mushrooms....1-2 pins per cake isnt stopping...usually later flushes produce less mushrooms...everything is fine

Well, it doesn't look fine to me
I'm very disappointed with the yield from these EQ cakes. Especailly, because i've just finished harvesting the GT cakes, which were really productive.
My question is - have anyone else experienced the yield drop due to an ambient temperature rise?

I absolutely did notice reduced fruiting after a rise in temperature. I live in the NW and we just went through a hot spell (for here), and my casings all but stopped. I was able to harvest maybe 10 more small froots from 24 original jars. Yes, this was my first run, but I think I am going to wait til fall, so I can control the temp better.
