Will my poo make up for the weak 1st flush in the 2nd or...

My original ideas of having my cased poo tupeware fruiting across the whole surface to create an amazing 1st flush has been destroyed!

I thought I colonized my casing pefectly, and I thought I gave it perfect pinning conditions... but the fucker ended up pinning from the side where there was very little casing, almost none! It's only fruited 4 mushies so far and there is no signs of more pins yet... but there are these white speckled mycelium dots all over the casing... which makes me believe it's still gonna pin like mad, but what's it waiting for?

Does a casing have to "regenerate" after it produced a weak flush? or what?

What do you guys think? How the hell do you get a thick canopy of shrooms like those pics Anno puts up? How... please... I wanna know dammit!!

Will my casings produce a more profound 2nd and 3rd flush since my 1st flush was weak? Compared to if you have a really strong first flush, the 2nd and 3rd flushes would be not so profound... is this how it goes?

Maybe
Depends on your growing conditions!
Depends on the moisture level of your casing layer.
Depends on how much nutrients are left in the substrate.

I would hope that you would get a better 2nd flush!!!

hmmm...

I have noticed the pins seem to come from tiny little moisture droplets along with the primordia... so do I want to make sure there are tiny little micro water droplets all over the surface?

Is it a good rule of thumb to keep it as moist as possible without standing water correct?
