you can try increasing the pointer speed to the maximum if you haven't already. makes touch padding a lot easier.

I have a USB mouse for my laptop that doesn't need batteries.

i love the touch square, increase the pointer speed it helps a lot

and mines got the scrolling part on the side so that helps a lot too when reading threads

You have a wireless mouse on your laptop?

I use a wireless mouse with my laptop.. but it has rechargable batteries :X
