Last night I saw Andrew Bird, then Ween, and then Los Campesinos! all at different venues. It was a long evening of rock.

Instead I have to settle for You Tube and Daft Punk's Alive CD.

it'll be a good rock set. there music doesn't drift too far from their albums, but it's still really good live

wish i had tripped at their set at echo, it was niiiiiiiiiice

I saw 'em at Lollapalooza, but it's kinda hard to judge anyone's live set at a fest unless it's a headliner because it's so damn short. Either way they were good, but didn't play very much shit from their new album.

aah i love spoon. the last time they were here i foolishly thought i could walk to the bar, pay and enjoy, but it was sold the fuck out. i was really pissed. i should have known better though, i do live in their hometown. i've only seen them once and it was at a festival, the mix was terrible. really didn't do them justice.

how did you like their new album? i thought it was good but it took me a little while to warm up to it.
